Greystone Hotels is pleased to announce that seven of our West Coast properties have been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor for 2014. The properties receiving this prestigious honor include: TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bend, Oregon, the Hotel Griffon and Inn at Union Square in San Francisco, Elan Hotel in Los Angeles, the Bristol Hotel in San Diego, and the Empress Hotel of La Jolla, California. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this coveted award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four stars or higher, out of a possible five stars, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and they must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria includes volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
Greystone Hotels encourages and embraces guest feedback and the General Managers at each Greystone Hotel take time every day to read and respond to guest reviews.
Thank you to all of our valued guests for helping 7 properties from the Greystone Hotels collection achieve the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2014.
