The Bristol Hotel, a 114-room property in the heart of historic downtown San Diego, has officially completed its first round of renovations:
"With the goal of maintaining its unique retro foundation while reinventing it as a modern retreat in the heart of the city, Greystone Hotels is investing over $7 million dollars in the multi-stage project which includes fully refurbished guest rooms in half of the hotel as Phase One, and a brand new fitness center with state of the art equipment. Refurbished guest rooms will also include guest bathrooms remodeled to a, "high-end residential standard." Phases Two and Three, expected to be completed by the end of 2017, will see the completion of all new guest suites and the remainder of the guest rooms and guest bathrooms refurbished along with the fitness center, revamped lobby, bar and meeting spaces."
