TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
Six Greystone Hotels were granted the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. . Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award. These hotels were: the Hotel Griffon, the King George Hotel, the Creekside Inn, the Bristol Hotel, the Inn at Union Square, and the Elan Hotel. To earn the Certificate of Excellence, hotels much consistently receive excellent reviews on TripAdvisor.
The Élan Hotel in Los Angeles and the Inn at Union Square in San Francisco are also frequently recognized on Trip Advisor as being consistently listed in the top 5 hotels in their respective cities.
