Hello Scout Brings Personalized Concierge Messaging to Greystone Guest's Mobile Devices
Greystone Hotels has officially partnered with Hello Scout, a new concierge messaging service offering on-demand, mobile concierge services to all guests via text message. The service pairs hotel guests with local, knowledgeable "concierges" who provide unique, personalized insight surrounding food, events, and culture in the area. All interaction is done by text message or app so guests can access these experts without hassle.
