Greystone Hotels Appoints Angie Podolak as Corporate Director Of Human Resources

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 21, 2019) - Eric Horodas, President of Greystone Hotels, announces the appointment of Angie Podolak as the hotel and hospitality management company's new Corporate Director of Human Resources. An innovative and collaborative hospitality professional, Podolak has more than 11 years of human resources, human rights, and diversity training experience, including her most recent role as the Director of HR for Chugach Alaska Corporation.

With vast experience in employee retention and largescale brand operations and initiatives, Podolak now brings her decade-worth of widespread knowledge to Greystone Hotels. A motivational leader, Podolak strategically recruits top talent, develops strong leaders, and increases business growth.

Her previous roles include Human Rights Representative for the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Manager for the Municipality of Anchorage Office of Equal Opportunity. In her most recent role as Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations Specialist for Chugach Alaska Corporation, Podolak oversaw 6,000 employees globally while focusing on key initiatives relating to employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR improvement strategies.

Podolak received her Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix. She has since earned several professional certificates and licenses from the Society of Human Resource Management and Human Capital Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys family, cooking, reading, and travel.
